Upcoming Meetings and Events

Sunday, July 12, 2009.
The softball team has made it to the semi-finals!  No, that is not a typo.  After finishing the season with less than spectacular 6-8 record, the team seems to have their groove and won the preliminary playoff game against Div 1 by a score of 10-7.  The team followed that up with an exciting quarter-final win over Division 88, the 2008 champs, by a score of 18-17.  The game on Sunday will be at Comly and Thorton Roads, at 1:30PM sharp.

Tuesday, July 14, 2009.
The July membership meeting will be held in the Kevin Donnelly room of AOH87, at 7:30PM.  Please plan to attend this meeting.

Division 87 will hold a Happy Hour in Binlids, at Division 87, to raise money for the Hibernian Hunger Project.  Remember, this national charity was conceived in Div 87, so do your best to stop by, tip a few and donate whatever you can for this great cause.  The Happy Hour will run from 6:00-8:00PM.  Donations will be accepted at the door.

The backyard bash will take place at Division 87.  This middle of the summer event gives all of us an opportunity to kick back, enjoy good food, drinks, music and friendship.  And, in the meantime, we are raising funds for the Division 87 as well as the Home Association.  Cost of the event is $20, and it will run from 2:00-6:00PM.  Stop by as well celebrate our Friendship, Unity and Christian Charity.
